Outreach Program
Schuylkill County is mainly a rural area with distance between communities. Our agency is committed to reaching as many individuals as possible through a free service called the Outreach Program. Our Outreach office in Tamaqua offers the same services provided in our main office. Case managers are also able to assist you in Spanish.

The Outreach program actively seeks opportunities to inform the county of our services. A case manager is available to present at any event upon request. So, if your group or event is looking for a speaker, feel free to contact us, and we’ll make sure one is provided. Informational presentations are available to civic organizations, human service agencies, and community groups.

There are no eligibility guidelines for Information and Referral services. However, eligibility guidelines do apply for various programs and services that a person may be referred to.
