Summer BLAST Program Staff
Schuylkill Community Action is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our 2026 Summer BLAST team. This seasonal role is perfect for those who enjoy working with youth and want to make a difference in their community by creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment.
As a member of our Summer Program Staff, you’ll lead and support engaging activities that promote a healthy and supportive atmosphere for attendees. You’ll work closely with Schuylkill County Drug & Alcohol staff and guest presenters, helping deliver impactful lessons and activities. Monitoring safety, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, and handling or reporting concerns responsibly are key parts of this role.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Are reliable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively
- Are committed to creating a positive experience for all attendees

Bridge House Supervisor
Full-time position available ($25.00/hr.). The Bridge House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bridge House Program. The Bridge House Supervisor will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure operational efficiency and efficacy.
