Confidentiality Policy
All staff employed by Schuylkill Community Action are expected to adhere to the policies or disciplinary action will be recommended as per the SCA personnel policy. A breach of client confidentiality may be considered a major offense as per the SCA personnel policy.
All board members of Schuylkill Community Action also abide by this policy in relation to any client information that may be shared with the Board of Directors. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in dismissal from the Board of Directors.
