Brighter Holiday Project 2024

Bringing Joy to Local Families during the Holiday Season

At Schuylkill Community Action (SCA), we are dedicated to helping local families facing challenges enjoy a joyful holiday season. Last year, we provided assistance to 49 children from 16 different families by offering warm clothing, wonderful presents, and a festive holiday meal with all the trimmings. Our goal for 2024 is to bring the magic of Christmas to even more children, ensuring they have the special holiday they deserve.

How You Can Make a Difference

  • Donate: Your generous support, regardless of the amount, directly impacts the number of families with children we can assist.
  • Spread the Word: Share this project to raise awareness and encourage others to join our mission of creating joy.

Note: The more funding we receive, the more families with children we can help. Many of the families who receive services through SCA could use the help, but we can only assist as many as our funding allows.

Your support matters. Let’s come together and make holiday dreams come true for our community!

For more information, please contact Kate Spofford, Director of Planning, at kspofford@schuylkillcommunityaction.com or call (570) 622-1995.
