Join Schuylkill Community Action in our mission to administer housing repair grants across Schuylkill County! Contractual work immediately available to inspect residential homes, write work specifications, develop cost estimates, and monitor contractor progress for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation programming.

The housing rehabilitation program is funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and US HUD HOME and CDBG Programs and the County of Schuylkill Affordable Housing Trust Fund Program.

Extensive industry experience is required.
