Water/Sewer Utility Assistance
Schuylkill Community Action’s Water/Sewer Utility Assistance Program is intended for Schuylkill County Residents that are in need of emergency assistance with water/sewer bills. This includes anyone who is past due on their bill, facing a service shut off and those needing a reconnection.
INCOME GUIDELINES WILL APPLY.

Eligibility
Several eligibility requirements must be met in order to receive assistance.
All applicants’ total household incomes must not exceed 200% of the established poverty guidelines.
