CARES Rental Relief Program
The CARES Rent Relief Program (CARES RRP) was created as an emergency response to the COVID-19 health pandemic to provide rental assistance to assist households experiencing job loss or a substantial loss of income as a result of the current health crisis.
Who Qualifies?
CARES RRP assistance is available to lessees with incomes up to the area median income that became unemployed after March 1, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or lessees that are experiencing 30% or more of a reduction in annual household income resulting from reduced work hours and wages related to the pandemic.

Note: Renters will be required to provide proof of income from all sources from January 2020 to the time of application submission.
